27-28.05.2005. There was the international conference «The dialogue of cultures» in the Estonian National Library. The head of azerbaijan delegation was the chairman of World Azerbaijan Diaspora Center Rauf Zeini. The minister of population Erik Rumo and the minister of culture Raivo Palmaru welcomed participants of the conference.
One of the participants of the conference was Eldar Efendiev — the member of Parlament of Estonia. He made the report «The part of the state in the dialogue of cultures».
29.05.2005.Estonian-Azerbaijan group of Parlament, Azerbaijan Community, Youth Centre IRS and club «Bakuulased» organised the celebration of Independence Day (the 28th of May) in restoran «Baku». Ambassador of Turkey, Russia, Sweden and Lithuania, some guests from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Lithuania, Sweden and Southern Korea, members of Parlament of Estonia and press were present on the celebration.
