In Tallinn in the Town Hall the Party dedicated to the fifteeth anniversary of national minorites in a Forum of Estonia was held.Azerbaijan Community of Estonia was one of founder of NM in a Forum of Estonia .The minister of Population affaris of Estonian Republic mr.PAUL-EERIK RUMMO presented to Azerbaijan Community the person of mr.NIJAZI GADZIJEV Honorary Diploma for contribution,made by azerbaijans in the affaris of restoration independence of Estonian Republic.
