On the 1st of November an election of national assembly took place in Azerbaijan. On the 30th of October and the 1st of November representatives of Estonian-Azerbaijan parliament took part in the election initiated by Mihhail Korb. The election was observed by Mihhail Korb, Einar Valbaum, Erkki Savisaar and Eldar Efendijev from Baku.
